Enhanced Earnings, Sales and Acceleration Statistics
In this tutorial I’ll walk through recent updates to the Trend Follower indicator on TradingView, including new features to display of earnings and sales data in addition to earnings and sales acceleration stats. There is also an additional daily moving average available that can be helpful when configuring Moving Average Alignment to further refine your trend analysis. I’ll also explain the significance of analyzing earnings and sales acceleration while also discussing the benefits and trade-offs of selecting moving average options.
Earnings and Sales Data
The Trend Follower indicator now includes earnings and sales data displayed in the Signals table. Users can hover over these sections to view detailed information for the past four quarters, allowing for better analysis of these financial metrics. Understanding these metrics is crucial for making informed trading decisions.
Added Settings for Moving Averages
You can also configure a fourth daily moving average, allowing users to filter signals based on price positioning relative to the moving average.
